Prioritising Your Mental Health!

Choose Yourself
Navigating life’s intricate challenges and experiences can be exciting. It can also be very challenging, especially when forced to prioritise survival or others over oneself. Doing so, has a way of impacting one’s wellbeing, without even noticing until it is too late. Take the time to prioritise your mental health!
RQ Psych Practice Updates
Keep the following details in mind during the month of June and beyond.

Virtual Sessions!
RQ Psych has become more open to virtual sessions for psychotherapy (mainly individual sessions with adults), with mainly Wednesdays being days for such consultations. We look forward to connecting with you guys!
No More Child Therapy!
RQ Psych is currently at full capacity for minor clients and will not be taking on any new children as clients for the time being. These include children between 3-15 years old. It is our responsibility to ensure that we have capacity to offer quality psychological services and we, at RQ Psych, do not want to jeopardise that. We will communicate when we are ready again!
Schedule for Locum Tenens Psychologist
As previously mentioned, Ms Kgomotso will no longer be taking on any new clients. She will continue with the already existing clientele. That means, there is no need for her to consult every single week. Kgomotso will be consulting every second week at RQ Psych, with the following dates in mind:
- 03 June 2025
- 17 June 2025
- 01 July 2025
- 29 July 2025
