Revelations Quest Psychology (RQ Psych) is a brand that is passionate about mental health and one’s journey to a healthier and empowered state of being.
The name Revelations Quest Psychology was inspired by the founder’s epiphany of what most people, if not all, yearn for, as well as their inevitable quest to find it:
A place or state of being, whether they get to it or not, where they feel fulfilled, safe, seen, and/or heard. A place of peace and/or contentment. A place of knowing and understanding.
In an attempt to get to such a place, one would knowingly or unknowingly embark on a journey (i.e. physical, psychological, emotional, spiritual, etc.). A journey that is challenging, unpredictable, and most importantly, rewarding. During such a journey, whether one chooses to acknowledge them or not, things about self (and/or others, events, experiences, etc.) that could help cultivate one’s mental health and self-concept are revealed or discovered.
Accordingly, Revelations Quest Psychology (RQ Psych) looks to contribute to this journey through psychoeducational content, and other psychological services, including psychotherapy, psychological assessments, psychoeducational workshops, etc.

Primary Goal:
To help mobilise insight, support, growth and development, as well as a healthy and conducive environment for such to take place.
Framework/Approach:
Even though the framework is generally systemic in nature, with a humanistic approach, the presentation, needs and diagnosis of the client/patient is important in deciding which modality/framework might be most beneficial.
Where necessary, an Integrative Approach is usually applied, drawing from different modalities and frameworks that are evidence-based in addressing what the presentation and the needs of the patient/client might be.
