RQ Psych Newsletter – March 2025

You are responsible for your wellbeing!

Hello fellow R-Quester! Hope you are doing well and have not neglected yourself. At RQ Psych, this past month has been centered around one taking accountability. We hope you have not failed yourself this past month. If you feel like you did, all is not lost. We can still work towards serving ourselves as we go into the new month. Life is all about navigating life and it’s challenges!

World Bipolar Awareness Day

The 30th of March 2025 is known as World Bipolar Awareness Day. It is a day to educate and show support to those affected by the mood disorder. To commemorate this day, RQ Psych re-shared an old psychoeducational video on Living with Bipolar I Disorder.

Listen and Reflect

It is ok to ask for help!

There are different places/facilities that might be able to help you as you try to figure things out. It is nothing to be ashamed of. We ALL need help at some point in our lives. It does not mean that you are weak. If anything, it shows how strong you are, and have no problem taking responsibility for your wellbeing. It shows that you value yourself, your wellbeing, your life and those of your loved ones. Our behaviours, and overall wellbeing, impact the people we share our lives with. Be mindful!
